Where do you ship?

We currently ship to The Netherlands & Germany.

If you're outside these areas and really want some Toast & Tails goodness, send us a message, we'll see what we can do!

When will I receive my order?

Your orders are made on demand through our partner Creative Studio. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.

As we aim to avoid overproduction, and print your order especially for you, please expect delivery times of around 5-8 business days

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location.

Standard shipping within The Netherlands are €5,99.

For rates outside The Netherlands, please shoot us a message! We are happy to help!

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes! We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

To start a return or exchange, email us at admin@toastandtails.com with your order number and reason.

Please note that we want to be kind to our lovely planet and avoid overproduction. Please be mindful of this while placing orders and returns. Your order is printed especially for you!

What sizes do your t-shirts come in?

Our women's Tees come in XS - XL.

Our men's Tees come in S - 3XL.

The Tees have a Regular or Oversized fit.

For Regular Fit, if you like it to be a bit baggy, please go one size up. For the ladies, if you like it baggy, you can consider buying a men's Tee

For Oversized, we recommend buying a size down from your Regular.

How should I wash my new tee?

To keep your items looking fresh:

Wash inside out on a cold cycle (40℃)

Do not tumble dry

Iron inside out (if needed), and avoid ironing directly on the print

What about sustainability?

We care deeply about quality and sustainability.

Our Totes and Tees are made from 100% organically grown cotton. The totes are thick, designed to last a long time. We're always working to reduce waste and make thoughtful choices wherever possible.

At Toast & Tails we believe in being kind to our planet and keeping our footprint to a minimum. Therefore, we print your Totes and Tees especially for you. Please keep this in mind while ordering.
